2024 Spring Outdoor Clinic​

• Our Spring Clinic will take place on Sundays in April at the Ephrata Turf Field

• Dates are April 7, 14, 21, & 28

• Grades K-1: Sessions run for 1.5 hours from 2:00pm - 3:30pm. 
  Grades 2-6: Sessions run for 2 hours from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. 

• Players should bring water, an outdoor field hockey stick, shin guards, and a mouth guard. If you would like a loaner stick, we have a few available. Please email us: norlancostix@gmail.com.
