Cost for Sunday Spring Training sessions: $95 flat fee for all 9 sessions​

2026 Spring Outdoor Clinic​​

Our Spring Clinic will take place on Sundays at the Ephrata Middle School Turf Field

Dates are April 12, 19, 26 and May 3.

Current grades K-1: Sessions run for 1.5 hours from 2:00pm - 3:30pm. Cost is $75 per player.
Current grades 2-6: Sessions run for 2 hours from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Cost is $95 per player. -
Players should bring water, an outdoor field hockey stick, shin guards, and a mouth guard. If you would like a loaner stick, we have a few available. Please email us: norlancostix@gmail.com.​

Registration is open from January 1, 2026 - February 28, 2026. During that period you are guaranteed a t-shirt. Registrations after that date will be accepted via email but a t-shirt is not guaranteed.​
Lancaster Lebanon (LL) League Youth Field Hockey Travel Program​​
The LL League Travel Team provides an opportunity for athletes to gain experience and to improve skills. Games are played outdoors on grass/turf surfaces, unlike indoor field hockey which is played on a hard surface and consists of tournaments.

While the hope of our teams is to be competitive, the goal is to provide young players with game experience and the excitement that comes from being part of a team.

Due to recent changes in the league by-laws, the LL Youth Field Hockey League requires all teams to represent a school district. Club teams are not permitted therefore the team will be registered as Ephrata this year. We can accept players from Ephrata, Cocalico, Garden Spot, and ELCO. Players outside of these schools, unfortunately, may not play on the Ephrata team due to their district already having a team entered. Players are strongly encouraged to participate in our Fall Clinics. One practice for the League will be held on Sundays during the Clinics. Additional practices will be offered at other times and locations per coach discretion.
